Completion of the Acquisition of a Copper Foil Manufacturing Company in the US
As Nippon Denkai, Ltd. (President and CEO: Hidemasa NAKAJIMA) had announced on December 20, 2019, the company completed the acquisition of Oak-Mitsui Inc. (President and CEO: Masayuki MISAWA), a copper foil manufacturing company in New York, formerly owned by Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co., Ltd. (Head Quarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Keiji NISHIDA), as of March 31, 2020. The name of the acquired company has been changed to Denkai America Inc.
